alright RR tracks to Horse Creek and back 22.43 mi 01:45 12.8mph pace

Rode from the RR tracks out to the top of the first hill past Horse Creek (MP 28) and back. It was a little breezy coming back so I slowed down to keep my heart rate from maxing out. My maximum heart rate was 164(99%) and my average was 136 (82%). Coming back was mostly uphill so I spent a lot of the above 90%.
