Slow spin. I was trying to keep my heart rate below 110 in general. I just mainly needed to move after not feeling particularly good the last couple of days. My maximum heart rate was 120 bpm (72%) which occurred when I sat up inthe saddle and my average was 102 bpm (61%). Unfortunately I have to go really slow to keep my heart rate down. That is painful in its self.
