Another day on the trainer because of a Winter Storm. Will it ever end? I tried to keep it a a touring pace just so I could get the legs loosened up and moving. I am still a little sore after my massage yesterday. My max heart rate was 169 bpm (102%) and my average was 142 BPM (86%). This is higher than it should be but I am not in shape.
