These are bicycle miles. Zwift miles were only 15.8. My trainer is not well calibrated for the Zwift world. I will say that the Zwift readings better match the reality of what I can do. I am a big slow guy in either world. I had to check out the new Zwift Alpe de Zwift routes. Half way through I was thinking that was a big mistake on my part. It was tough but I did it My maximum Heart rate was 170 bpm (102%) with an average of 152 bpm (92%). I had to keep backing off to recover so I would not stay at my red line.
