I have been out a couple of weeks with a cold and ear infection. This is the first day I really felt like getting back on the trainer. I did an easy spin on the Zwift Greatest London Flat loop. I tried to keep easy resistance and stay at 150 zwift watts or so. Maximum heart rate of 136 with an average of 118.
