Did Tabata intervals today. 3 sets of 11 x 20 second maximum effort intervals with 40 second recoveries and 10 minutes between sets. These were done at 80+rpm with high resistance.. Maximum HR of 162 bpm ( 98%) and an average of 137 bpm (82%).
