    My first run in the city, well leisure run anyway. It was a nice quick paced run and 30s felt hot and humid compared to the last couple days out.

    Only got about a mile to the truck yesterday then a another mile once home, its hard gettin the high mileage while still adapting to a new schedule and long days.

    Morning run and night run 35 mi

    15 at bullfrog in the freezing rain and ice, then the polar opposite at night by the house almost 50 degrees. It rained a bit, but was quite pleasant.

    Some great miles with some great peeps. I love joining my two favorite things: laughing and running. Man the wise cracks never end. Great run, but the ice is literally a pain in my ass!
