Was tempted to run again today but my back is a little tight and I did not feel like my foot was ready for 2 days in a row yet. Although it did feel fine throughout the day after running yesterday morning, which I am happy about.
Decided to just stay in and do the core workout for runners again. Going to run again tomorrow!
