Did not plan on running this morning to give my foot another day off, I had met my wife at the church last night and rode over to a meeting together and the meeting went late. Since the foot felt good yesterday I decided to just leave it there and run to get it this morning. I walked up the big hill across from my house since I know hills can aggravate it. The foot felt pretty decent most of the run. Nothing more than a slight annoyance really. The rest of my legs felt like lead but I think that is because I haven't run much the last week and probably put on 50 pounds! HAHA.
Overall I was pleased with the way the foot felt during the run. About 5 minutes after my run through my knees started to have like a burning sensation in them, this happened Saturday also. They felt fine on the run, but a few minutes after I stop they hurt pretty good and now a few hours later my foot is a tender. Still frustrated! Going to hit some cross training and core work this week hopefully.
