    Well this all seems too easy at the moment. I felt really easy not pushing it at all. Lets hope my legs stay nice and loose. It was a bit windy today but was enjoyable.

    Felt really easy but a bit faster than I wanted to run. Finding it very difficult to run slower even though I need to. Feels much more comfortable running a little quicker.

    Rain and wind was my company on today's run, Felt a little bit harder than Wednesday but still felt relaxed and recovery was rapid again.

    Only managed 1.5 miles tonight. Hamstring went tight after 1.5 miles so stopped and walked home. No point running on a tight hamstring. Weather was horrible pouring with rain.

    Longest run for a while. Felt very good and relaxed. Happy with the pace and things are now getting easier.

    Horrible night, pouring with rain and windy, full wet gear on but felt great. Really happy with the pace due to the weather. Felt really relaxed and easy.

    First run in 6 days due to the ice and snow. Felt surprisingly good and easy. Things are progressing nicely and should be able to increase the distance in Feb.

    Had to run easy today, conditions underfoot not good, lots of snow and ice. It felt good and was enjoyable. Pace not too bad either considering.

    Ran pretty well tonight, calf is feeling much better and it was very enjoyable. Gradually getting easier and maybe I can get back into regular training after all.

    Felt much better today, I always feel better the faster I go. When I run at a slow pace never feel good.
