    Sunny, clear and cold. Not a bad ride, didn't feel like I was going well apart from up the hills but turned out ok. Can be feeling a bit rough on the bike but still do a good pace.

    Sunny, very cold and frosty. Loving this cycling, rode further than I planned to but it didn't feel like it. The pace felt good and managed to keep a good tempo going. Really enjoying it.

    Cold, clear and frosty. Very easy run, icy underfoot and didn't want tot push it in case I slipped. Good, enjoyable run and also a good learning curve at running at a slower pace.

    Clear and cold. Another good run, felt ok and the pace was good. Not used to running in the cold and calf tightened up a little but will be ok.
