    23:36 at the BOA Shamrock Shuffle for sixth overall. Felt great! Nice new PR to boot. Good sign for the start of the year.

    Warm-up, then 1-3-5-3-1 "minutes" workout on the Boulder Creek Trail, followed by a 15 minute cool-down. No idea how fast the hard segments were in the workout, but I felt strong.
