    Well...didn't feel well Tuesday, so didn't run...and today I ran 6 and broke the 11 min per mile on the tougher more technical trail run. Pretty happy with that.

    Last two miles were hard, otherwise felt pretty good! I wish i could use the weight the scale shows after a long run, i am always down a couple pounds, but i know when i rehydrate, i will be back up.
