Trying to stick with the plan, even if it means a less scenic TM run on a gorgeous day. 5 min warmup + 6 x (5.0/2 min + 5.5/2 min + 6.5/1 min) + min cooldown. Distance is TM version not Garmin, neither of which is terribly accurate.
