great Treadmill 2.84 mi 00:40 14:12 pace

One goal this year is to do more treadmill interval runs to try to build up a bit more speed and stamina. Since I planned to drop my daughter off at Stone Summit where she works and I knew they had treadmills, that was as good a place as any to start. The nice thing about their setup is that you can watch all the climbers as a little distraction and it's a really open space in general.

Run was 5 minute warmup, then 6 x (5.7/4 min + 6.4/1min) intervals and then a 5 minute cooldown. Took a 2 minute break in the middle. Distance based on Garmin in "Indoor mode" - close enough.

Plan is to do one of these a week and inch up the interval pace. Let the games begin!
