PCMS track intervals - pretty light turnout, I have a feeling a lot of people are in holiday mode. Mid-40s so it wasn't too cold. I was pretty stiff though and still fighting the remnants of being sick, it took the first set just to get me rolling. 4 x 400/200 + 6 x 300/100 + 4 x 400/200 along with the warmup and cooldown. There's something to be said about having a set time to run to get rolling out the door!
