great PCMS Track 5.28 mi 01:12 13:34 pace

Been a few days, but I definitely wanted to catch this morning's track workout. Still muggy out, but I'll take the tropical weather over getting the full on worst of Florence. The workout consisted of sprinting the straightaways and recovering on the curve, 16 laps total. Legs felt pretty stiff and heavy at first, but by the end the legs were better, but I was gassed. Made sure to stretch and roll.
