great Lullwater Trail Run 3.63 mi 00:53 14:41 pace

Working on getting back on track. So ironically, the best bet for me was to skip the Wednesday morning track workout and go for a a trail run instead. There's a group at work that takes Wednesday after work runs - joined them for a run through Lullwater and along the south fork of Peachtree Creek, which was a new route for me. There are parts where the trail is a touch grown over, but a little bushwhacking does the mind some good!
