I've been a bit behind the curve lately with posting - my apologies. I was at a family wedding in Utah which was a fantastic weekend, there's something about a beautiful setting and a couple that really are a perfect match that makes for a great atmosphere. Lots of nice hangout time with the family too. Did get one trail run in last Friday too, along the Provo River that was really scenic.

This morning's run was a little more pedestrian - I knew I would have no time tomorrow for a run so I fit this in earlier this morning. 3 miler along a well trod route to help loosen things up and get the week off to a good start.
