great PCMS Track 6.55 mi 01:22 12:28 pace

Woke up 2 minutes before the alarm, which is a rare but pleasant surprise that makes it easier to get out the door. Getting cooler out but still humid. A lot of the RSFians are going to Minnesota tomorrow for a Ragnar relay so I think that this was the motivation for short intervals. Or maybe it was the random finger of Coach Sean?

This run was 5 x (400/100, 300/100, 200/100, 100/100) intervals, plus warm up and cool down. I like the shorter distances, fun to push and really sprint - especially the 100s. Felt good to sweat!
