Back to the track! This was a tough workout, even before sunrise it was already 75+ and super humid this morning. Thick air!

Today was pyramid intervals - 200/200, 400/200, 600/200, 800/400, 1000/400, 800/400, 600/200, 400/200, 200/200. Along with the usual warmup and cooldown. I do so love when the distances get shorter!
