Back stateside - I may have been a little ambitious to do a track workout right after a long flight home, but that's the way the schedule shakes sometimes. It was a nice morning, but the humidity was still a bit of a shock. That plus heavy legs made for a tough workout.

Usual warmup/coldown, with 2 x (3x600/200 + 2x400/200) intervals. The first half was decent, but the second half was a slog. Time to reboot!
