Started out gung-ho for the track workout and then had to make an unintended pitstop after the warmup. Luckily there are facilities in the park or it could have been no fun. My impromptu break got me a bit off set with timing so I ended up finishing later and got to "enjoy" some seriously muggy weather as part of the workout. Time includes warm up and cool down, the workout was 2 x (4 x 600/200) intervals.
