Back on track so to speak. I thought it was pretty nice temperature-wise, especially in comparison with afternoon runs, but definitely humid. Relatively short ones today: 4 x 400/200 - break - (2 x 600/200 + 4 x 400/200) and also warm up and cool down. The speed work went well, although I was pretty gassed between intervals. Still feeling much better than a month ago - I think that some of the crazy rapid heat acclimation runs helped a lot.

Big crowd today, as if there was some event occurring in a week ...

I hope everyone has a great Wednesday!

I agree that the intense heat acclimation runs help. We're in heat advisory for the next 5 days - I'm trying to convince myself that will be a good thing. Excellent track workout, Mike. You're ready for Peachtree that's for sure.

Glad you have made progress in the past month and that the balance issues seem to be behind you. Yes, there's lots of running going on around town this week!

Well done - not envious of the heat over there.
