Back on track with the Runsofarians. Music this morning was pretty subdued and early on was the Rolling Stones singing "You can't always get what you want, but if you try sometime, yo might find, you get what you need". Well put Mick

This workout was a lot of short sprints. 10x200/100 + 4x100/100 / water break / 10x200/100 + 4x100/100 . Sprints in the nine-ish pace. For me, the highlight of this workout was being able to navigate a noisy calf that could have gotten strained, but I was able to adjust my stride and get it to quiet down. Trying to stay smart.
