great DC Hill 5.2 mi 01:03 12:01 pace

Started out pretty stiff but eventually loosened up. Wasn't sure where I wanted to go on this late afternoon run, but my inner compass took me over by Dunwoody Club Hill. Why not? Turned out to be a good tester on the hill and the end felt pretty strong too.

I also realized that with all the messing around with form I can't necessarily expect every run to have an awesome pace. But trying to think of the long game here and focus on just plain enjoying the autumn weather too!
