Back at the track for intervals. Pretty rainy out - vacillated from damp to refreshing to pouring. Nice crowd showed up regardless.

Time includes warm up and cool down: 1600/400, 2x600/200, water, 2 x 600/200, 4 x 200/200. That first interval was warm-up-ish but then things loosened up a bit more. Was very glad to have 200s at the end. Hanging in there.
