  1. RUN
good Womack Loop 6.2 mi 01:20 12:55 pace

Wanted the mileage despite being pretty tired this morning. All in all, went pretty well, had a literal shoutout by Runsofarian Shaun driving by me in his car and it was just a nice crisp chill ru... read more

  2. RUN
good PCMS Track 7 mi 01:28 12:30 pace

Cold enough so that the water bottle had ice in it at the end of this run - but not too cold from where I like to be. Plus the ice had all melted so that there were not too many hazards out there.... read more

Great run yesterday Mike. Sound cold, almost as cold as it’s been here lately - where I would worry about my water bottle FREEZING, if I carried one that is. My runs haven’t been that long lately and I plan my route past my gym and a library so I can stop in for the water fountain. Keep up the track work!

  3. RUN
    good N Peachtree 4.2 mi 00:50 11:55 pace

Nice and brisk. And quite happy that there McDonald's was open for a rest stop at the halfway point. Not surprisingly, the second half of this run went much, much better!

  4. RUN
    good Sandell 3 mi 00:35 11:46 pace

Waited for the patches of ice to melt and managed a fairly dry run with only a few hazards but still some nice snowy views. Just enough of a window to finish this before heading off to a nice holi... read more

Doesn't look more wintery than this around here

  7. RUN
great Partial Womack 5.5 mi 01:15 13:42 pace

Although "Snowmageddon" is what Atlanta is famous for in the winter weather department, this was actually much more snow and the city was better prepared for it. Looks like we are teachab... read more

  8. RUN
    great N Peachtree 4.05 mi 00:51 12:29 pace

The temperature dipped into the mid 30s and I got out right when the drizzle started but before the flurries, so good timing! Also nice to have a run where it kept feeling better as I went along. ... read more

  9. RUN
great PCMS Track 7.1 mi 01:25 12:01 pace

I think the cold front lost some of its "oomph" as it was 44 deg F and dry out - glove but no hat weather. Time includes extended warmup and cool down, the actual intervals were: 1600/400... read more

  10. RUN
good Womack Loop 6.3 mi 01:23 13:13 pace

Early slog around the Womack loop to beat the impending cold front. Lots of other folks must pay attention to the weather since it seemed like there were a lot more people out running and biking t... read more

  11. RUN
good Womack Loop 6.2 mi 01:17 12:25 pace

Yardwork morning to winterize and then watched a pretty dreadful Falcons game. On the plus side, this made for a late afternoon run and I caught the end of the day when it went from mid-60s to jus... read more

  12. RUN
    good N Peachtree 4 mi 00:52 12:56 pace

A nice amble around the neighborhood to get some miles and keep loose.

  13. RUN
    great Sandell 3 mi 00:32 10:49 pace

It was either this morning or nothing and I knew I had a tight window to get this done before work. So much so that I took off without starting my watch right away. Ooops. Super weather and a re... read more

  14. RUN
great PCMS Track 6.8 mi 01:26 12:39 pace

  15. VELO
    good Trainer 8.2 mi 00:32 15.4mph pace

A little cross training with a sloggy trainer ride. I think it did my legs a fair bit of good, so the right idea for this morning.

  16. RUN
great Womack Loop 6.2 mi 01:18 12:37 pace

Took a while to get my act together for this run - in fact I almost left the house with my shorts on inside out. Ooops. I think everyone was a little loopy, traffic was incredibly bad and it was ... read more

  17. RUN
great DC Hill 5.2 mi 01:03 12:01 pace

Started out pretty stiff but eventually loosened up. Wasn't sure where I wanted to go on this late afternoon run, but my inner compass took me over by Dunwoody Club Hill. Why not? Turned out ... read more

  18. RUN
good Womack Loop 6.2 mi 01:20 12:52 pace

Post Thanksgiving Womack Loop this morning in absolutely gorgeous cool, sunny weather. Legs were a little heavy (and maybe my belly too) but very thankful and it was just fine to get out and run.

  19. RUN
    great Sandell 3 mi 00:32 10:47 pace

Thanksgiving break for the Runsofarians and so no 5:30 track workout. Instead I slept in and did the Sandell flat route. A bit of huffing and puffing but pretty happy with the result. Loving the... read more

  20. RUN
    good N Peachtree 4 mi 00:51 12:45 pace

Took it easy up and down the North Peachtree route. Nice and cool out and just chugged along. Only downside was stepping in a little dog poop which I did not notice until the halfway point. I thi... read more
