good San Diego Waterfront 3.03 mi 00:35 11:42 pace

Foggy and rainy still - I think that will be what we are stuck with for the next couple of days. Ran the opposite direction as yesterday for variety and to gauge how far away I am from the main co... read more

  2. RUN
good San Diego waterfront 5.01 mi 01:00 11:52 pace

Not a typo, I'm now in San Diego again for work. It's considerably cooler and rainier than before, but I enjoyed the conditions for running. But my legs pretty much had it and I'm ... read more

great Boulder CO 3.4 mi 00:45 13:19 pace

Hilly run out and about in Boulder with my brother John. Really nice to tour around and run through campus despite a cool rain out. It only got to me a little towards the end. Really nice to run... read more

great Ajax Trail 3.11 mi 00:56 18:01 pace

I'm in Colorado for a few days - it is hard to beat the weather here right now, 60's, sunny and breezy. Set out on this afternoon run and while on one of my more familiar routes came acro... read more

great Womack loop with intervals 6.25 mi 01:22 13:06 pace

Normal track workout is tomorrow and I know I can't make it so I swapped up and did the workout this morning. Luckily it was time based which made it easier to overlay onto a normal road run s... read more

  8. RUN
    good N Peachtree 3.01 mi 00:37 12:23 pace

A little earlier and a little better feeling than yesterday. Still a little sloggy, but I think I am starting to see a glimmer of a way back to better feeling runs. First training week with more t... read more

  9. RUN
alright Womack Loop 6.13 mi 01:24 13:42 pace

Step by step, inch by inch. I waited an hour for my Garmin to charge and that put the temperature for this run firmly into the humid 80's. Bleh. A little preview of things to come for sure.... read more

  10. RUN
good PCMS Track 6.11 mi 01:15 12:14 pace

Back on the actual middle school track after a couple of weeks away - it was nice to catch up with my running friends. This was a tough workout for me, especially feeling deconditioned: 1200/400, ... read more

alright Womack Loop 6.02 mi 01:19 13:05 pace

This weekend was shot with yardwork - effing tree trimming - and Sunday the chips fell where they may. Monday is a good reset day, right? The way this run felt it reminded me of how important cons... read more

    good N Peachtree 4.04 mi 00:49 12:07 pace

Where am I again? Back in Georgia for a while and finally bit the bullet and did my standard 4 mile loop. Really nice out in the morning and encountered several friends on the road who were also ... read more

    great Sarasota 4.01 mi 00:50 12:30 pace

    great Sarasota 3.06 mi 00:37 12:12 pace

This travel schedule is getting ridiculous! Morning run across the Ringling Bridge in Sarasota - basically Florida hill work. Got out before the heat was too nasty. I may not always be sure where I... read more

    great Alabama 3.2 mi 00:39 12:16 pace

~3 miler to try to stay loose. Yes, in Alabama. My work travel schedule has been pretty bad the last week or so with little time for internet. Apologies for being a lousy poster!

      Very nice 3miler in Alabama!

Your posts are great motivational moments to me so please keep on posting despite delays and maybe missing some activities. You're great athlete, Mike! (You, just like me and other DMs, are world class athletes in our own small individual worlds, aren't we?)

Thanks Drago - much appreciated! Our ultimate competition is with ourselves, isn't it?

Some of my DM connections' posts aren't showing up in my timeline - including yours. I think this is a problem with DM because I see other DMers complaining about it. San Diego to Alabama - that must have been a real downer. I would use this opportunity to relate a few Alabama jokes, but someone might get offended, so I'll wait until I see you.

I hate seeing another instance of DM becoming less functional. Hope they fix it. And I can imagine you have some choice material about AL too!
