  1. RUN
great PCMS Track 6.55 mi 01:22 12:28 pace

Woke up 2 minutes before the alarm, which is a rare but pleasant surprise that makes it easier to get out the door. Getting cooler out but still humid. A lot of the RSFians are going to Minnesota... read more

  2. RUN
good Womack Loop 6.11 mi 01:21 13:12 pace

Very heavy legs this morning on the Womack loop. Hotter than previous days, but not too horrible. Seemed like there were lots of other folks getting their Sunday miles in too and had a RSFian sig... read more

  3. RUN
    good N Peachtree 4.04 mi 00:51 12:30 pace

The temperature broke a little so that with 90 humidity it actually felt decent out, especially for a relaxed 4 miler. Definitely one of those runs where it felt better as it went on. Gotta like ... read more

  8. RUN
    good N Peachtree 3.05 mi 00:38 12:34 pace

alright Womack Loop 6.14 mi 01:30 14:41 pace

I was pretty beat yesterday so there was no way I was going to run the Lekotek 4 miler, even though it's close to my house. Sorry I missed Bill H. and Susan who both had great races!

  10. RUN
great St. Bonaventure 3.13 mi 00:37 11:56 pace

Wanted to get at least one more run in here - this was actually in the morning, which was good, because otherwise it would not have happened. Nice to get another loop around campus!

  12. RUN
great Campus Loop 3.11 mi 00:36 11:34 pace

Basically the opposite direction of yesterday's route that follows the river some more and then does a 2.5 mile loop around the St. Bonaventure campus. It really is an isolated and small schoo... read more

Campus runs are usually great, sounds like yours was too. Probably their most famous alum, on the athletic side anyway, is Bob Lanier, who put Bonnie basketball on the map years ago. He went on to an NBA career, I can't remember when or who. OK, I looked it up: he played for the Pistons and the Bucks from1970-84, and he's 16 days older than me - he's a really old dude.

    good N Peachtree 4.05 mi 00:53 13:02 pace

That is an early start! I have another two weeks before it is back to the classroom. - but hey, isn't it sometimes really sweet to wake up with DOMS?

The DOMS indicates you were working hard. Nice job on the loosen up what hurts miles, Mike. Back to School in July - Wow!

I figured you were travelling somewhere, Mike. If you have time, try to go to Sienna (where part of my family is from). Such a lovely little town!

Florence was great! Some places were crowded, but managed to find some quiet places too like Bardini Gardens and a large park along the Arno River.
