good Long ride in the basement 24 mi 01:40 14.4mph pace

Now that I have been back on the road, I don't much care for the recumbent stationary bike. But, I trudged on anyway.

Nice work! Seems doable for work? It's bike to work week, so we should try to get together at least once for a ride in/out.

    good 8.5 mi 00:30 17.0mph pace

So... I have been terrible updating my workouts. I have been averaging 9+ miles 6 days a week and always forget to come out here and update. I am turning over a new leaf and logging my miles.

You can do it Mike, I've been slacking on Daily Mile myself. I plan to give my all too. Stay fit, be well & see on a ride one of these days!

good New settings 13.1 mi 00:45 17.5mph pace

I adjusted the programming of my recumbent yesterday... I could really tell the difference. This felt way more like a real ride than it had before. Maintaining a 17 mph was close to torture.
