Got through today well. Some semblance of rhythm is starting to peak its head through. Hard to hold myself back, but putting in a solid 20-30 mins on the elliptical every day is helping curb that impulse. Right foot was cramping last night, most likely because of the big toe engagement on yesterday's run.

Followed this up with 3km on the elliptical.
