Major breakthrough. Realised my right big toe (previously injured foot) was being lazy. Rather than pushing down on toe off, it was just collapsing. Made a conscious effort to engage it. Speed increased immediately. Given my injury is basically overstressing the tendon between big toe and heel, this form defect likely caused the continuing reoccurrence of the plantar fasciitis. Felt a slight twinge in my heel this morning. Hopefully just phantom pain.
