Nailed it. 12x400m intervals at 126 seconds (5:15ish pace - leave me alone that's fast for me!) with jog recovery. Got some good advice just before: 1) if it doesn't hurt like hell you've not done it right 2) if you can't jog the recovery you're running the intervals too hard. First time I've completed an intervals session as written (I dropped 2 seconds per interval to meet #2 above). Mainly because this is the first time I've actually jogged all the recoveries. OMG I'm hurting all over right now, but in a good way. I think. Looking forward to the gains flowing from a perfect intervals session.
