    Felt nice to be on my regular route. The Spring weather is beautiful as well. But im recovering from cold season and this may have been pre-mature. My lungs are killing me.

      When I'm coming back from an illness, I run that distance around 7 or 7 1/2. 6:15 is last years p.r. for a 5.
