I ran on a highschool .25 mile track. Ran the first mile, then split the track into .25's, I'd sprint for a 1/4, walk for a 1/4, sprint for a 1/2, walk for a half, sprint for 3/4, walk for 3/4, sprint the full track walk the full track. my sprints started out at around a 4:20 pace but steadily fell to around a 6:00 pace on the last sprint. Finished up w/ 10 muscule ups on the field goal post.......
