I'm originally from Chicago and have run a marathon & 13 halfs. I just PRed in the local 5K at 22:29. Next up: Go sub-4 in the Naperville, IL marathon on 11/9.

    I can't believe I wasn't achy on this run today, after running 28 miles over the weekend. I sure was achy yesterday! I even went sub-9 on three of the miles, ending with an 8:24.
