    Ran in the dark, with some hills on the last mile. Felt great today, and reached 20 running miles for the week, for the first time since September.

      I need 148 yet to hit 1000. I'm doing 30-35 a week so I should be good if I'm diligent

    good Treadmill 3 mi 00:30 10:05 pace

    I did about 3/4 of a mile at an 8:30 pace and it felt great, but I was sad to see my heart rate skyrocket. In a couple of months, that pace will be a lot easier, and I'm looking forward to it!

    My first run off an elliptical since hurting my ankle a couple of weeks ago. Took it slow and everything felt fine, which is a relief.
