good Elliptical miles 5 mi 01:01 12:15 pace

I'm trying to get back into my routine of 4 or 5 workouts per week, after two weeks in a row of 1 workout only. If I can be consistent, I can be get to 25 miles/week by the end of the month.

good Treadmill miles 2.6 mi 00:32 12:18 pace

Was staying overnight at a hotel, so I took advantage of the gym's treadmill. I set the incline at about half of its max, and it was slow-going, but I got a good sweat out of it. Probably goin... read more

  3. RUN
good Hilly Long Run 8 mi 01:17 09:40 pace

Yeah, probably too fast. Last winter it was hard to move the pedals at these settings, but after a year of hill training, my legs felt heavy and tight, but it was only because I'd taken a week off. Definitely pleased with that!
