    I'm trying to get back into my routine of 4 or 5 workouts per week, after two weeks in a row of 1 workout only. If I can be consistent, I can be get to 25 miles/week by the end of the month.

    Glad I could get outside for a hilly run! The steep route wasn't plowed, but the regular route was clear as well as the highway bridge, so I went over both a bunch of times.

      Yeah, probably too fast. Last winter it was hard to move the pedals at these settings, but after a year of hill training, my legs felt heavy and tight, but it was only because I'd taken a week off. Definitely pleased with that!
