  2. RUN
    good 12 on trails 12 mi 01:55 09:35 pace

Distance is my best guess. Runkeeper wouldn't boot, so I just followed an old 12-mile route through the various trails at Wildwood Metropark.

good Mostly naked pace run on trails 6 mi 00:53 08:49 pace

This one included 2 warm-up miles then 4 miles at 8:25. I hit those splits pretty well: 8:25, 8:18, 8:27, 8:27. I was breathing heavier than I should have. I'm attributing that to the humidity... read more

Nice! I would have been out there too but I signed up for a 5k at the last minute with my cousin. I don't get to run with him very often so I take every chance I get. :)
