Interval training !! Now that all my long races are done for the year I have just the Portland Fall Trail Series to finish and then I will take November off to rest and recover. I will now turn to speed to finish off this series after getting my butt kick in the last race. Intevals of 10 minutes warm up with 4 minutes at 90% 4 minutes recover X 4 sets.
