    I'm back and finally able to update the vacation week workouts. I put in 72 miles running and biking. Go figure, workouts are surprisingly easy when a job doesn't interfere!

    Barefoot beach run around Oak island lighthouse in the dark and rain. Just me and a headlamp against lots of crabs.

    Surprisingly comfortable run before the South Carolina baseball game. ( 1-1 in the 8th. Reptar the Fish likes to keep the scores close just to test his followers' faith in him.)
