It was nice to get some time on the bike even if it was on the trainer. Watching a cycling documentary always makes it easier to keep those pedals cranking away without noticing how sucktastic it is to be on the trainer. I watched Red Light Go which is about NY bike messengers and the alley cat races that the have. Very cool movie. My legs felt strong today which I was very happy about.
