The run was very slow today. I really wasn't wanting to do it at all and I let that mess with me for awhile in the beginning. Once I realized that I was mentally sabotaging myself, I tried to shake it off and pick up the pace. I would vary my pace to try and run 10 min miles for awhile and then pull back to 13:20 min miles. I just pushed forward so that I completed the 45 minutes.
