    Trying to kick down a gear and take it easy, its just hard to go slow when I run but I know that if I dont focus on the easy pace it will be my downfall when I start to train for the marathon.

      Getting on the bike for cross training is a great idea, was able to get a marathon PR with that technique last year.

      Molli was one of my co-worker's sister-in-law. Tough to loose her but her story is very inspiring. She will be missed but close to us for ever.

      i find the road bike long mileage does wonders for my running. strenthens the muscles we dont use as much by running. great job!
