      Thanks ladies. I dont know what happened. There was no ice, no pains...nothing. One minute I was running, the next I was thinking "oh sh** I'm falling down". Its felt like it was happening in slow motion but there was nothing I could do about it. Luckily I don't embarass easily and didnt hurt myself.
