      Hey Mid, some nice workouts and I hear ya with the sugar/carbs - haven't run for a week and the lollies and other assorted things I shouldn't be stuffing in my mouth are taking their toll. Nice run!

      Hmm, yeah, I've been eyeing this Zumba thing off but I'm not sure the world (well my family) is ready for my lack of co-ordination. I reckon it must be a pretty good workout though. Nice job Mid.

      Hey Mid - nice stuff! If it was hard then you're probably getting something useful out of it - vein popping and throwing up are not considered useful though so stop short of that, OK? ;)
