I ran a mile on the track to stretch my legs out after being on the bike. I wanted to get in a few laps but closing time was coming and the lap pool was full. All in all a really great day today!


Looks like got some nice time in at the Y. Cool that you always do 2-3 things while there. I always just do my one thing and go home....
