BLERGH blergh VFF 3 Miler
3
mi
00:31
10:20 pace
Not much to say about this run at all. I wanted to keep it easy and I started out to fast and got progressively slower. It is what it is. 3 miles 31.01 10.20 min/mile
Mile 1 9.42
Mile 2 10.19
Mile 3 11.00
Today is foam roller day. Like I said, blergh.
12 to 18 inches of snow for Wednesday. WOOT!!! Have a great day everybody!!
EDIT: Thanks everybody. The first mile is my pace now. Actually, I could run a 9.30 pace for 3 miles easy. I slowed down considerably because of the hamstring hurting and tight.

Presuming the hammy feels ok? Glad you're not pushing it too much!

Don't the VFF make the calves/hamstrings work more? Seems like if you're feeling store/a strain you should probably hold off on wearing them.

You got it done. Great job!

Good job Michelle, sometimes just getting out and getting it done is good enough.

I always say.. a mile is a mile, it not a run to grocery store down the block.. and 3 miles in the morning is a great workout and a huge boost for the day.. You did good..

The important thing is you got out on a beautiful morning and ran for 31 mins , despite ham issues. Good luck with Mr. Foamy.

Tired of seeing the word snow. We have more in the forecast here for Tuesday/Wednesday. Not much, but it's gotten old. I'm a snow lover and generally like the cold, but I'm really ready for spring.
