This was fun. I was moving, I was sweating. I just pressed the button and off I went. I had my ipod to listen to plus the reformer class was going on so I peeked in on that. First time on the elliptical as well. I dig it. I sweated up a storm! But not for too long. Not that I can't do it, but again I prefer to be OUTSIDE and moving. It's just who I am.



Good to mix it up with something new. I am in complete agreement on the outdoor v indoor.
