For me, the answer to the question: Should I run? Is always yes. Goal today was 5 miles, no walk breaks, steady pace. Done, done and done. 5.21 miles 55.01 10.33 pace 10.41, 10.43, 10.34, 10.26, 10,26 (0.21 2.11 10.23) Listening to my music helped! Running gives me a clarity that nothing else can. I can see more clearly, what I need to see. Thank goodness, I was able to run outdoors today. Happy Saturday!!!
