1 hour on the mill!! Highly recommend listening to Woman Up LA Playlist! I especially love Kara's pick of I Love It by Icona Pop and Sarah Mac's picks of Make Them Gold by CHVRCHES and of course Rainbow Connection by Kermit. Anyway, this time made it 5.35 miles with 2 (2) min walk/water breaks. I finished up at a (6.8) 8.49 pace for 2 min. And now the sun is shining. Happy Friday!!!
