I am such a klutz. Got home from work early so decided to run an easy 2-3 miles on my boardwalk. At .16 miles I fell. Hard. Went down on my left knee and right elbow. I'll be alright but my knee really hurts. It's bruised and was bleeding. Also swollen. I cleaned it up and listened to Coach Caleb M. and Ally S. and iced it and am still icing it. My ego was bruised a little also. So many people on the boardwalk and PLOP goes Michelle. What was kinda funny, I hobbled over to the bench and I saw a couple sitting there. The woman fell in the exact same spot as I did and had almost the exact same bloody left knee as I did. So, we bonded over a fall. I am such a klutz.

Don't feel bad Michelle, I tried over myself once and rolled down a hill on a busy trail :-)

Hey, it happens. Hope you feel better tomorrow! A little soreness is totally OK heading into a run.

You're such an athlete-you're not a klutz! "so many people on the boardwalk" all lounging about. And you are running! Ice up and be well. We are what we tell ourselves we are. We all fall down-gotta have bad runs so we are excited when the great ones come along:-)

Ouch, hope you are back to normal soon. I trip over my own feet on a regular basis.
