Coach Caleb M. and I decided I need a reboot. So, I am taking this week off from running and instead I will cycle, walk and do CORE. Today started with a nice bike ride. I will get to my CORE later. I WILL!!!

Also, I got kicked off of my bike on the boardwalk by some cops who said that between 10am and 5pm there is no bike riding allowed due to people being run over. HUH?
