Just keeping up the momentum. I am not exactly doing the exact workouts Coach Caleb M. prescribed for me, but I'm trying. This one was supposed to be speedier but leggies just wanted easy running. Wore my Newtons for this one. I expect my calves to feel sore. Oh and NWB™
