Blech, I felt dreadful on this run. Was supposed to run 10 but as you can see I wasn't even close. Maybe, I am dehydrated? I felt dizzy and warm. Think I need a nap.

Better to cut it short and try again another day when the running mojo is back. And hey, 4 miles is more than 90 percent of the people in the US ran today! Water, nap, more water and then try again tomorrow.
